- Marketing: newsletter/SMS opt-in status and engagement (opens/clicks), where permitted.

Media uploads
If you upload images, avoid including embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors can download and extract that data from images on the site.
Cookies

- Payments: Stripe, Mercuryo, MoonPay, Revolut (USDC) and similar providers handle card/bank/crypto details on their systems and may conduct KYC/AML checks. We receive confirmation tokens and transaction metadata only.
- Email/SMS: email/SMS providers process contact details and engagement metrics if you opt in.
Who we share your data with
We share data with the service providers listed above solely to operate our site, process orders, deliver communications, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect rights, property, and safety.
How long we retain your data
- Accounts & orders: for as long as your account is active and as required for tax/accounting (typically up to 6 years where applicable).
- Support tickets: normally 24 months after closure unless needed for disputes/compliance.
- Analytics: per provider settings (e.g., ~14–26 months) or aggregated sooner.
- Comments: retained indefinitely to recognize follow-ups automatically.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR/EEA GDPR (and similar laws), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and data portability.
