Comments

If comments are enabled, we collect the data shown in the form plus IP and browser user agent to help spam detection. An anonymized string from your email may be sent to Gravatar to check if you use it (see automattic.com/privacy). After approval, your avatar is visible with your comment.

Media uploads

If you upload images, avoid including embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors can download and extract that data from images on the site.

Cookies

We use essential cookies (cart, checkout, login), preference cookies (e.g., language), and—where required and consented—analytics/marketing cookies. Control cookies via our banner and your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect site functionality.

Embedded content

Pages may include embedded content (e.g., videos, maps). Embedded content from other websites behaves as if you visited them directly and may collect data and use cookies per their privacy policies.

Analytics, hosting & payments

  • Hosting/CDN/Security: services such as Cloudflare or equivalent may process IP and traffic data for performance and protection.
  • Analytics: tools such as Google Analytics / Plausible / Matomo (IP may be truncated/anonymized; collects device/browser, pages viewed, events).
  • Payments: Stripe, Mercuryo, MoonPay, Revolut (USDC) and similar providers handle card/bank/crypto details on their systems and may conduct KYC/AML checks. We receive confirmation tokens and transaction metadata only.
  • Email/SMS: email/SMS providers process contact details and engagement metrics if you opt in.

Who we share your data with

We share data with the service providers listed above solely to operate our site, process orders, deliver communications, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect rights, property, and safety.

How long we retain your data

  • Accounts & orders: for as long as your account is active and as required for tax/accounting (typically up to 6 years where applicable).
  • Support tickets: normally 24 months after closure unless needed for disputes/compliance.
  • Analytics: per provider settings (e.g., ~14–26 months) or aggregated sooner.
  • Comments: retained indefinitely to recognize follow-ups automatically.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR/EEA GDPR (and similar laws), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and data portability. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise rights, email privacy@terapeptides.com. We may need to verify your identity.

International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses) and additional measures where required.

Security

We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk (encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege, monitoring). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; keep your account credentials confidential.

Children

Our site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us to delete it.

Research-use notice

Products are for laboratory research only, not for human or veterinary use. Do not submit health information or usage details related to human application; such data will be deleted.
