Refund & Return Policy
Overview
Terapeptides supplies products intended strictly for laboratory research. Because of the nature of these materials, we do not accept returns or exchanges except when an item arrives damaged/defective or the incorrect item is received. Requests must be filed within 48 hours of delivery.
Eligibility (Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Only)
- Damaged on arrival: Visible breakage or leakage of vials, cracked seals, severely dented packaging.
- Defective product: Wrong fill/label/lot mismatch or clear quality defect.
- Incorrect item shipped: The received SKU does not match your order confirmation.
(1) your order number, (2) photos of the item, outer box, and shipping label, and (3) a brief description of the issue.
Note: We may approve a replacement or refund without a physical return when photographs clearly show the issue. If a return is required, an RMA and instructions will be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
- All research products that are not damaged/defective or incorrect on arrival.
- Opened, used, or reconstituted materials (including vials opened or mixed with diluent).
- Custom blends, special orders, and promotional/free items.
- Items returned without prior authorization (no RMA).
Process: How to File a Claim
- Email support@terapeptides.com within 48 hours of delivery with your {order number}, photos, and description.
- We will review and confirm approval or request the item back. If a return is required, we will issue an {RMA} and provide the {return address}.
- Once approved, we will issue a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds
Upon approval (and receipt of any required return), your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank/issuer. We will notify you by email when your refund has been initiated.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Check your bank/credit account again.
- Contact your card issuer; posting can take several business days.
- If you still don’t see it after the issuer’s timeframe, email support@terapeptides.com.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. For the same item replacement, contact support@terapeptides.com with your {order number} and photos.
Shipping for Approved Returns
- If we request the product back, we will provide return instructions and an RMA.
- For items confirmed damaged/incorrect, we typically issue a prepaid return label. If you choose your own carrier, return costs are not reimbursed without prior written approval.
- Use a trackable service and pack items securely. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, approved refunds may be issued as a store credit to the gift recipient. Otherwise, the refund will be sent to the purchaser.
Important Notes
- Products are for laboratory research use only—not for human or veterinary use.
- Photographic evidence (item, packaging, shipping label) is required for damage claims.
- Please do not return items without an approved RMA.
