🧾 Accepted Payment Methods

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard (processed via PCI-compliant gateways; 3D Secure may be required).
  • USDC via Revolut: Pay in USDC with Revolut; wallet is prefilled at checkout.
  • Card → USDC ramps: Mercuryo.io and MoonPay (card checkout delivers USDC to our prefilled wallet).
Important:
  • Coin & Network: Use USDC · Polygon (Matic). Using a different network may delay or prevent auto-confirmation.
  • Totals are shown in EUR. USDC amounts are calculated at checkout. Network/platform fees may apply.
  • We do not store full card details or crypto keys. Processing is handled by licensed, PCI-compliant providers.

🚚 Shipping

  • DHL Paket: €6.99 flat rate; estimated delivery 2–3 business days.
  • Tracking: Provided by email once dispatched.
  • Signature: May be required for high-value or temperature-sensitive orders.
Processing Time: Orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Weekend/holiday orders ship the next business day. Manual reviews (if any) can add a brief delay.
Note: We are currently serving customers in Germany.

⚠️ Shipping Terms

  • Risk transfers upon carrier status “Delivered”.
  • Customer is responsible for accurate, complete shipping addresses.
  • VAT is applied at checkout where applicable.

🔁 Returned or Undeliverable

  • Returns due to address issues/refusal require a new shipping fee to reship.
  • Alternatively, eligible items may receive a partial refund minus shipping and handling/restocking after inspection.

🎁 Packaging

Discreet, unbranded outer packaging; no references to peptides or research materials on the exterior.
